Meet Our Staff
Mrs. Lorraine Sherman
Principal & Tiny Tot/Pre-K Teacher
Mrs. Sherman serves as both Principal and Teacher at LCA. Mrs. Sherman taught Mexican Migrant children during her summer months while she studied at Kansas Wesleyan University where she received her B.S. in both Elementary & Secondary Education. Mrs. Sherman and her husband have two grown children, both graduates of LCA. Recently Mrs. Sherman was blessed with her third grandchild.

Miss Tammy McComb
After spending eight years teaching at the Greater Lisbon Christian Academy in Lisbon, Portugal, Miss McComb is in her second year teaching Kindergarten at LCA. She is currently working on her M.S. in Education with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Mrs. Anna Carson
1st and 2nd Grade Teacher
Mrs. Carson has been a part of the LCA family since 2006. She has a bachelors degree from Eastern University in Elementary Education. Mrs. Carson has 2 children who both attend LCA.

Mrs. Judy Walters
Mrs. Walters is currently serving as our third, fourth, and fifth grade teacher. She received her bachelors degree from the College of New Jersey/Tenton State. She and her husband, Will, have two grown children and two grandsons and have served in the gospel ministry for over 18 years.
"I lift up my eyes to the mountains-where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip-he who watches over you will not slumber;" Psalms 121:1-3.

Mrs. Beth Seavey
6th, 7th , and 8th Grade Teacher
Mrs Seavey is serving as our 6th -8th grade teacher and NorthStar Facilitator here at LCA. She received a duel Bachelors degree from Cairn University in the area of Biblical Studies and Business Administration. She and her husband have three boys, all of whom attend LCA.

Mrs. Lisa Padula
Mrs. Padula is a graduate of King's College with a B.S. in Physical Education, Recreation, and Health with a minor in Bible. She and her husband have two grown sons who are both graduates of LCA and are currently serving in the Air Force.
In addition to teaching Physical Education at LCA, Mrs. Padula also teaches a special program for those students who hold high academic honors called God's Explorers.
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us - Ephesians 3:20

Mrs. Martha Doncaster
Mrs. Doncaster, who previously was our st and 2nd grade teacher, is now our Librarian as well as a classroom aide. She holds her Bachelors from Taylor University in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education & Physical Education. In addition, she received her Masters from McDaniel University focusing on Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in reading. She and her husband have two grown children and three young grandchildren.

Mrs. Cindy Eble
Mrs. Eble is our music teacher. She also leads the chorus, coordinates chapel, and teaches private piano lessons. She is blessed with two grown daughters and 2 grandchildren.
"But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions-it is by grace you have been saved." Eph 2:4-5
Mrs. Aileen Reynolds
Mrs. Reynolds has been teaching at LCA for 22 years. She graduated from Gordon College with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Business. Mrs. Reynolds wrote for a magazine in Boston for two years. then She lived in Spain for two years teaching English where she met her husband, Rick. She has 2 children Avila, who is a freshman at Harvard and Bryce, who is a freshman at Southern Regional.

Mrs. Liz Tallman
Mrs. Tallman has been the school nurse at LCA since 1988 after serving at Kimball Medical Center. She holds her Associate of Applied Science and R.N. license from Ocean County College.
In addition to serving as School Nurse, Mrs.Tallman serves on the Fundraising Development Committee and enjoys helping out wherever and whenever needed.
Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. - Ephesians 5:1-2
